How can I recycle my packaging?

Everything used to pack your order is recyclable, however, the recycling rules in your area may dictate how.

The kraft paper mailers, cardboard/chipboard backing, and business cards are made of 100% recycled materials and are curbside recyclable in most areas.

The protective poly sleeve is recyclable where ♶ plastics are accepted. (I drop my ♶ recyclables off at the grocery store. Your area might have similar options!)

When I run out of my protective poly sleeves I plan to switch to %100 recycled materials and look for options that are easier to recycle.

Returns & exchanges

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be returned for a full refund. Prints can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment for store credit. To begin an exchange for store credit email rosiejosiestudio@gmail.com for the return address and instructions. Please note: Store credit will not be refunded until the original order has been received and is unmarked and completely intact. The shipping cost for the original order will be subtracted form the store credit total.

My order is damaged/missing. What do I do?

Oh no! In either case, reaching out to USPS is the best option. They will help you find your order or get a refund for the damage. All orders contain $50 of insurance coverage with USPS. They may be able to refund you for a damaged print. Please understand that once an item is shipped, it is out of my hands. Any shipping related issues should be taken up with the USPS.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed in 2-5 business days. Some orders may ship faster.

What if I need my order ASAP?

Before you place your order send me an email at rosiejosiestudio@gmail.com with details on the items you want to purchase, your zip code, and your timeline. I will notify you if your request is possible asap. Please understand that I may not be able to accommodate your request.

International shipping

International shipping settings are under construction so you may not see your country listed as a location I ship to. If you want to make an order send me an email at rosiejosiestudio@gmail.com with your country and I will set it up for you. Note that international shipping typically costs around $20 or even more. -See overcharge details below

Shipping overcharges

If you are overcharged for shipping costs, you will be refunded for the amount overcharged. For example, if you paid $15 for shipping and it only cost me $8 for the shipping label and shipping supplies, you would receive a $7 refund after the item has been shipped.

Why doesn’t my order have tracking?

Sticker orders and small postcard orders do not have tracking. They are sent via letter mail All other orders will have the tracking number updated after it has been shipped.
